Lately, I’ve been learning how to draw person using the “anatomy rules”. Starting fr the head size, how long the arms should I make, where’s the knee should exist, and all that kind of stuff. So every time I want to draw a human, I need to measure the body parts carefully, like, really really careful, in order to make a good-looking character. Well, in the future, I’m gonna learn about characterizing too, and when that time’s coming, I will draw a lot type of persons, not just the proportional one like what i’ve been doing today, I will be asked to draw a fat person (wide waist, no-neck), long-leg, big head, etc. But for now, since I’m still in basic level, proportional character is all I’m gonna think about.

Speaking of which, when it comes to proportional drawing, there are two artists that I’m envying so much for their astonishing pieces, Takenaka and Ravenskar. This is the second time I’m writing about Takenaka’s works, which is, just another proof for his unique and impressive style of art. And now I’m gonna introduce you to my another role model, Ravenskar :D.

“Don Quixote”, famous ballet play.
